Disappointed freezer purchase

Very pleased with the delivery of my Beko freezer which had been out of stock for some time. However after only 2weeks had a problem with the red light coming on for no reason, resulted in having to remove food and take elsewhere. Eventually light went off, I called Beko service centre trying to find a reason as was concerned about putting more food in freezer. Was advised to ‘monitor’ it. The next evening the light came on again but fortunately went off within approx 1 hour. I contacted the service centre again who have booked an engineer visit for 2 weeks time. Obviously if it doesn’t occur again before the engineer due I will cancel the visit. However it doesn’t give me confidence to stock up my freezer for the Christmas period. I previously had a Beko freezer for approx 15 years so disappointed to experience a problem in such a short time.
