AO were excellent from start to finish. We decided to change from a chest freezer and switch to an upright. So glad we did - everything is much easier to find, being compartmentalised rather than having to remove everything from the chest freezer (how is it that whatever you're looking for always seems to be at the bottom??) Website was very slick, product as described, delivery was seamless mainly due to the tracking app. and prices very competitive. Would certainly use AO again - spot on.

Bought this to replace a chest freezer, there is more usable space with an upright and it’s so much easier to get to your food. Seems well built and is one of the only brands available in the UK that is suitable for outbuildings/garages.

Freezer is excellent. Huge amount of space for a family freezer, more than enough for all our batch cooking. Useful beeper warns of doors been open too long, perfect if the kids aren't paying attention.

The freezer looks stylish and robust. The compartments allow a range of storage sizes and the fast freeze is very useful. A very good value for money buy.
