Easy to use ordering on the website. We found the communication was excellent with no guessing needed on our part. The delivery driver was really helpful and installed our Freezer with no issues. Id definitely use ao again.

I ordered this freezer in the beginning of January this year and so far I'm happy with it. It has enough space for storing lots of vegetables and meat. I kept it in my garage as an additional freezer for our house and it is compatible with the garage temperature and the environment.

This is the second one we have bought for the garage. It is very spacious. The build quality is very good. The plastic boxes are very sturdy. Very pleased with the product. There is nothing that we do not like.

As many reviewers have noted, the magnetic door seal is too strong. I added a couple of layers of masking tape around the metal edge of the cabinet - the magnetic seal still holds, but is weakened. Apart from that, I like the freezer: plenty of room and the drawers/shelves are arranged well. It is quiet, and keeps an internal -20C easily. Good value.

Really pleased with this freezer. Runs quietly, looks good, loads of space for our use and maintains -18c on no. 2 setting without any fiddling about. We went for silver colour although a little more expensive as we were told over it's lifetime it would save up to £400 over white one.

Brilliant, holds loads frozen food

Matches the colour of my hotpoint fridge so was happy with that ,as it doesn’t look out of place next to the fridge. Very quiet and efficient so far and more space than in my old hotpoint freezer . Shame they didn’t take away all the packaging .
