Slick design and Plenty of room for products

    5/5
I swapped my huge 360 litre garage chest freezer with the Beko FFP 1671S up right freezer and was a bit nervous not having enough room as I am a bit of a frozen food hoarder but there was no need to be worried. There is plenty of drawer space and my favourite bit is the top two glass shelves which makes it so easy to see everything in the freezer. I love it also for being frost free of course. Very happy with my purchase.

    Pros and cons

    4/5
Cons Wanted to replace an old 180 litre chest freezer with an upright frost free. This 250 litre looked to be perfect and I thought it would have a lot of extra room being 70 litres bigger. However this was not the case. The drawers were a lot smaller than I expected, and also, even though the depth is stated as 65cm, it really should have said 60cm with the handle adding the extra 5cm. Ended up having to get rid of a lot of food as it would not fit in. Also, the ice cube tray is just annoying. If a drawer is full then you can't put the tray anywhere. If it isn't full then you have to take it out whenever you want something from the drawer. I can't be bothered with that so it just stays on top of the freezer out of the way. However, there are positives too. It is a very nice looking freezer and matches our other Beko appliances perfectly. Frost free is great. It is reasonably quiet. Lots of drawers. Forgetting the ice cube tray, it is perfect if you don't expect the quantity you can get in a chest freezer to fit in it.

Excellent freezer, all drawers clear and easy to use, great drawer stop that lets you open the draw without it falling out.

    My chill box

    5/5
What a great freezer. We had here a small freezer and a narrow upright freezer. It was a bit of a squeeze and not easy to organise. This Beko one has loads of room but more importantly it has drawers that are of a size that they fit the right food packaging. The two top shelves can the bread and larger joints of meat. The others are great for boxed or trays of chicken or mince. All that and a great finish in silver, quiet running and it using less electric than our last ones. If I had to make a comment on quality, I would state that the two drop down door flaps seem a little flimsy. I'm just worried it could be easy to break them if left open whilst the door is being closed.
