We bought this upright freezer to replace an old chest freezer. It took up alot of space and it was difficult to find anything. With this new freezer it takes up less room and we can see exactly what is in it. Only had it two weeks but it is working fine. I feel the drawers and internal doors are a bit flimsy but if we are careful we should not have any problems. Overall very satisfied.

Just what I needed lots of room, fast freeze option, an alarm in case the doors left open. Well made and a good price.

I bought this freezer to give us more space for buying frozen goods in bulk. It does that easily, as it has a lot more space than the freezer section of my American style fridge freezer. It sits in my dining room with the fridge freezer, as we have a small kitchen. It matches the fridge freezer in colour almost exactly and doesn't ruin the look of the room at all. The main reason I opted for an upright freezer as opposed to a chest freezer is typical - I didn't want to have to rummage through other items to find something. Pros: - It's quiet! I only hear it making any noise when the door has been opened. - It feels colder than my other freezer, even though it's only halfway on the temperature dial. - There's a lot of room in individual drawers (except the bottom one, but that's natural with frost-free freezers) - The two shelves at the top are made from strong glass with a flap on each. The top one moves upwards and the bottom one, downwards. This can cause issues if it gets knocked and I am quite clumsy, but I haven't damaged it so far! Cons: - The door is a little difficult to open for me and using excess strength just moves the whole thing forward, so I find I have to hold the freezer with my other hand as I open the door. - No temperature display, but I can always buy a thermometer. I have had this freezer for a week now, only time will tell if it truly earns all 5 stars, but we'll see. I took a couple of pictures to include, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to them, AO will have to let me know about that. :)

Great delivery service and it freezes stuff job done. Control panel and lights would be better on the outside then you can see at a glance if ok

A good size, needed it in an emergency. Have filled most of the compartments it has alot of space. All in all a good freezer.

The freezer is great nice and light and easy to move around. Nice big draws which allows lots of shopping to be stored. The freezer will alarm when the doors open and the temperature drops which is good.
