From the easy to order internet page, to the regular updates on delivery times, to the happy and helpful driver and mate on the lorry, its a company I feel confident in dealing with. The freezer is exactly what we wanted.

The freezer was delivered promptly at the appointed time. The guys were very quick installing it and reminded me to wait 4 hours before turning it on. All packaging removed and freezer adjusted to get it level. It is remarkably quiet - unlike a previous reviewer has noted. It is a delight for us as it was urgently needed! Thank you Ao!

Only had it for a week. It's a freezer and it has frozen food inside it - I like that. Ideally I'd like it to have a temperature read-out inside but I suppose I'll have to buy a thermometer if I really want that. Only time will tell if it was a wise buy.

The freezer is brilliant. Large capacity, but with it being tall I can see and get to what I want without having to lift everything that's above it off. Its was delivered the next day. Put exactly where I wanted it and my old product taken away. Delivery men were very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem with items I have bought from AO.

Loads of space. Looks nice The only problem we had was swapping the door to open the other way.

Lots of space. Easy to set up. A light inside would be useful but not essential.

Looks good but sounds like a washing machine on spin!!!! Paid for delivery people to level it. Hope they did but why does it sound so loud!! Disappointed I had to get someone in to change door to other side. Why couldn’t your delivery people do it?? Not difficult!!
