Needed a freezer at a competitive price with good looks and in stainless/silver finish to match my other kitchen appliances. This model ticked all the boxes for me and pleased that it’s British made to boot!

Had to change the door around which was not easy as the instructions were difficult to follow and many tools were needed. The door handle would not then fix properly so was unuseable. Requested a replacement door which Beko said would come the following Wednesday. An engineer turned up but no door. Another week and a half later I chased up and was told there were no spare doors. The freezer when I put it on was very noisy so I have rejected it.

On unpacking like the exterior finish, found the flaps and draw front to be flimsy. The first time my husband opened the middle draw it came off the runners and on stopping it falling he caught it and the draw front cracked (1 day old) I emailed Beko who after 1 month supplied me with a new draw and front, the front was cracked in the same place, they sent me a 2nd one, that’s also cracked. Not happy as it still drop off the runners so at the moment I’m awaiting a response from Beko as to how they are going to rectify my situation. Love AO though wouldn’t buy from anyone else delivery service excellent.

I always stayed clear of names like beko and went for the common brand names, but this is my second beko product. And really happy with it. Holds more than I need, easy open drawers and flaps, fast freeze, and deep shelves, was a bit dearer than the white one, but that sold out just as my account opened,

Delighted with my freezer , very large capacity, looks good, couldn't be happier

Happy overall. I don’t really think it makes much of a noise. It’s what I ordered as literally a freezer. It’s not wide and fits my space
