This is a most useful unit - the drawers are deep enough to be useable, suits our requirements perfectly. Delivery was actually a bit ahead of forecast time, by two courteous, smiling, cheerful chaps - all in all, a very positive experience.

I am a big fan of AO but they let me down on a promised delivery that caused me a lot of problems. Having said that I believe that we all make mistakes and it is what you do about them that matters. They redeemed themselves by making sure the follow up delivery was as early as possible for which I am grateful. My freezer now installed and working well in my garage. Very pleased!

I ordered this freezer to be located in the utility area of my garage. So the specification of operating at low temperatures was important. The unit has been operating for one week now and all is fine. The unit is good to look at and the drawer sizes and compartments inside are very suitable. The actual experience on the delivery day was spoiled a little by a rather unhelpful delivery person who had to be persuaded before he and his assistant carried the unit an extra few feet through my garage to the intended instal location which he eventually did grudgingly.
