Ao did their job 100%
The But is down to Beko ..... the under temp red light came on even when it was down to -22c.
Beko arranged a date and txt,the only problem was they didnt allocate an engineer to come.
A new appt has been made and hopefully it will solve the problem.
The build and quality is good except for the warning ligts that hidden by the door,so you could have an under temp light on and not know it.
On the whole good for the price.
AO are my first choice for electrical now.

Amazing upright freezer for garage

Love this upright freezer with vast amounts of deep draws. Being stored in my garage which this model allows you to do!
Great price and great look, with large easy to pull, handle to open door.
Has replaced by chest freezer and fits everything in it easily!
Now so easy to find what I want as each draw has been allocated to different types of products!
Best purchase this year!
Quick and friendly delivery and easy to install.
So glad I looked on AO website and watched the videos that are provided.
Will definitely purchase again from this site!

Spacious and affordable stand alone frost-free freezer which is suitable for outside buildings like my garage.
Working very well so far. Only grip is the temperature indicator led and control are not visible without opening the door.

The freezer itself is fine so far, it seems to be running well but I am most unhappy about the difficulties I hit in installing it, specifically in reversing the door.
The "User Guide" provided with the appliance contained no written guidance on this operation, just a small diagram with numbers and 'Proceed in numerical order. Quite tricky to do this.
No mention at all re moving the door handle. This should have been the easiest bit was not and ended up with the supply of a second door!
The freezer comes with hinges on the LH side and the handle on the right. If you need to reverse these - look out!

The freezer has high capacity and is easy to use. The storage arrangement consisting of some drawers and some shelves makes it easy to see what is stored and easy to access
