The product is all it says it is. Very roomy in side. Freezes quickly. Quiet to run. Beeps if you have the door open for a while so it's harder to forget to close it.
We swapped the door round to open from the other side and found that, by following the detailed instructions, this was easy to do.

The freezer is simple to move, build quality is very good. Not sure on reliability yet, as only installed for a few weeks, but good so far. Reasonably quiet and nice and stable. All good so far.

From placing my order, to delivery of the item I was kept well informed by helpful, polite staff. Text messages and emails were received when AO said they would be, online tracking and a courtesy phone call from the delivery drivers too. The product itself is as described, quiet when running, lots of room inside and a beeping sound when the door is left open! Very pleased with all aspects of my order.
