Disappointed that the item did not have an internal light or temperature indicator as it was the top of the range. Manual did not come with unit but was with us within 3 days of telephoning.

The freezer is well worth the money, it even makes a buzzing noise if the door is left open too long, I would advise others to this freezer and service

Freezer was delivered well packed and in the time frame advised. The delivery team took the packaging off, and positioned the freezer where we wanted it. We were very impressed by the whole experience from ease of ordering, delivery, and the quality of the freezer.

This is a great product very large capacity. I don't have space for a chest freezer so this is a great option. I like the layout and the ice tray is very handy. Its very quiet but I do also have this in a garage so it doe snot matter. A great option for those that have a small foot print but can go up!!!

This looks to be a solid product and I would recommend it. If you need to reverse the side the handle is on you will earn any money you save by not getting this done for you. The instructions for doing this are not adequate, but it can be easily figured out. The space inside the freezer is smaller than I expected because the insulation seems to be twice as thick as my old one - should cost a lot less to run though.

Quick on easy to get up and running, silent in operation ,an alarm will sound if the door is open for only a short period of time

Communication very good. Looked at delivery tracking so was kept updated with time. Delivery men very polite.
