We love they 5 deep drawers and 2 top storage shelves (with flaps). Its smart looking and is more economical than out previous one. The only negative is that I had to change the door hinge from left to right. There is no help in the manual for this only a parts diagram. Hence the dropped star. Found a helpful video on you tube for similar Beko model. NB you will need a 9mm and 13mm ring spanner to do this, The nuts are in a gulley not accessible to a flat headed spanner. Bought a cheap box set of 4 from a well know tool supplier. Once I'd got these the job was fairly straight forward,

We had an emergency freezer delivered promptly at our door for a fare price. Very happy customer.

I was pleased wit the upright freezer over all that was a replacement for a previous version that could be kept in an outside building. Beko advised that the door could be reversed which was critical for where the freezer was being placed. Unfortunately the instructions had pictures only that did not appeared to be relevant to the process and no instructions at each process level. The reversing kit was not with the instructions but hidden between two ice trays.

Overall very happy with product

The freezer is perfect for our needs. It’s really spacious with plenty of shelving. The only criticism I have is that the ice tray gets in the way, but it can be removed for better access. All in all, we think it’s a great product and ao.com really got us out of a pinch when our 15-year old Beko freezer broke down in the middle of summer.

So far it works just as a freezer should, perhaps it runs a little colder than we would like. Internal space is well designed with good accessibility and loads of room. Time will tell re reliability.
