Spent a little time checking out upright freezers and happy I picked this one, it fits really well and everything I hoped for. it looks very well made and the drawers are a good size.

Ordering was easy, website had all the information I needed. Was kept up to date with the delivery and tracking information, and drivers were polite and helpful.

This is a great freezer, lots of room for food, and is a very reasonable price.

On finding my freezers temperature had raised to -4 from -18/20 and would not go below -8 with the boost continualy on I decided it was time or a replacement . On doing a web search AO not only had the make and model preferred in stock but could deliver next day ,and also remove the faulty one.This resulted in no loss of fully stocked frozen food .I was also given a 4 hour delivery time slot which they maintained that saved the frustration of waiting around all day. Friendly efficient service .

It's a straight-forward, no frills upright freezer, which does exactly what it says. No complex control panels, or gadgets to go wrong, but for the price, it's huge inside! Even rehanging the door the other way around was easy (although didn't entirely match the instruction book).

The item was as listed it fitted the bill for us in size and performance. Frost free and the amount that can be stored, overall for the price a really good buy. Very affordable.

Excellent product, very quiet running, plenty freezer room in the drawers and delivery is great
