This freezer has glass shelves which the drawers sit on, the shelves that came with my freezer are too small so when the drawers have food in they all collapse into one another, I have requested new larger glass shelves which are yet to arrive. The top compartment has a door which lifts up and it's easy to forget to close it before you try to close the door, this would be better if it pulled down to open like the compartment below it. Overall the freezer is fine if I can get the shelves replaced it would be more fit for purpose and would have had full stars. I do like the ice tray though.

Really pleased with my freezer, all what we expected. The capacity is less than our old freezer which was smaller but we are really pleased with it anyway. I would have liked all drawers and no flaps as the flaps are easily broken.

My old fridge died on one of the hottest days of the year. After the initial panic and managing to find a home for my freezer contents, I was straight on to AO who I had bought from in the past and who I knew I could rely on. After a little research I chose my new freezer: it is a Beko so not one of the most expensive freezers but it has four good size drawers plus a smaller one at the bottom, and two top fast freezing compartments, The alarm beeps quite quickly when the door is left open too long but I think this is a good feature and I hurry to remove or put in what I want before the alarm goes off. It seems to hold its temperature very well and I am pleased that I can rely on it to work in the garage which not all freezers will do. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Love this freezer - it's capacity is just what we needed, it's quiet and looks great in my kitchen. The only thing is that one of the drawer fronts has already cracked so will have to try to find a replacement at some point. Other than that I fully recommend!

This freeze is brilliant! I love the alarm feature, the draws are spacious and I really like the top two spaces as the way they opens means very large items can be frozen. Fab probuct.

What an improvement to my old chest freezer, according to our smart meter we are using less than half the amount of electricity we were using before. We are using it out in our outhouse and it it so much easier to locate an item than in the chest freezer.

Have now used Beko freezer for a few weeks and all looks to be ok. My old freezer was 11 years old when it died and so this new freezer has something to live up to. The one big downside is that you can not see the status leds until you open the door . My old freezer had lights visible at the top of the freezer and thus I knew that something was wrong early on and was able to save most of the food inside. With the status lights hidden from view on the Beko freezer I am not sure how soon I would have seen that something had gone wrong. This design issue appear to be common to a selection of freezers not just Beko. I did not even think it about it until having the new freezer for a couple of weeks.
