Was told by AI couldn't have door reversed. Later told by human I could.
Drawer was broken. Asked for it to be replaced. No problem I will phone Beko and arrange for a new one. I was told will phone you tomorrow by 1.00pm. No call. Rang at 2.30pm spoke to a different operator. Was told he would pass the message on to first operator. 4.30pm. No call from first operator. Rang again and spoke to third operator she said she would speak to Beko herself. !0 mins later call back she had spoken to Beko new drawer arriving 4-5 days.
Last operator said no evidence on my notes of Beko being called and no evidence of her being reminded to call me by second operator,
Third operator brilliant. Did exactly what she said she would do. Very efficient and polite. Not very good service hence ***
