All in all best freezer for price AO gave first class customer support after internal drawer front broken in transit. Kept me informed with friendly approach. Sorted and replaced broken part within 48 hours. AO also provided first class communication after ordering to advice on dispatch (which was very fast) to a call on the day to check I remembered about delivery to call immediately after to see how delivery went. Great freezer, Looks good have always had Beko and never had a problem.

It’s a good item and has lots of storage . The only issue I have is the door can be a bit tough to open at times. This means when pulling it open the hole freezer moves .
