Excellent quality and excellent service. Arrived as promised. The men that unloaded were very cortious and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this company.

Having considered the smaller version of this freezer I took the plunge (into my purse!) and went for this model. I am so pleased I did. Although it’s for our garage it looks very stylish and was soon ready to take food for freezing. I was amazed how quickly fresh food froze. There is certainly loads of capacity in the drawers. The two top shelves sensibly don’t pull out and are fast freeze areas. It’s got a dinky little tray that’s got two mini ice cube trays. Diamonds! Not massive but if you drink lots of gin there’s plenty of room for a bag of ice in the drawer!! Just one niggle and I don’t think it’s unique - it doesn’t have a built in thermometer- it’s got a dial of course. I bought a little one just to see how cold it is!

Needed freezer in a hurry as ours died. This one seems to be doing exactly what we need. It has a large capacity and runs very quietly.

The freezer was delivered on time by a very pleasant delivery team. The Freezer is just as described on the website and will hopefully last as long as the one it replaced.

Nice tall freezer with deeper drawers at the bottom and fast freeze compartments with lift up/ lift down doors at the top. Great for keeping batch cooked items at the top and frozen veg, chips etc. at the bottom. Not had very long so can’t attest to durability but so far am loving the frost freedom:)

The product was fine, just not the delivery crew. They'd knock once and/or not call ahead, leaving me to reschedule it. When it did arrive, they were more insistent that they leave the item at the door; however I asked them to move the item to my kitchen where it goes. All in all, I just think the service is slacking but the products and CS team are great!
