Having owned a number of deep fat fryers, this frier is a serious step up in quality and convenience. Add to that the cost savings with the simple oil filtering, ease of cleaning, this is a product I will wholeheartedly recommend to friends and fellow food truck owners.

Good filtration but takes time

Not had a deep fryer for years. Very large basket, easily cooking 4 servings of chips. Heater unit is very easy to take off so all other components can be cleaned - but only after oil has filtered, and this takes 3+ hours. The automatic filter only happens when the oil is cool, so this means leaving the unit out for 3 hours or so. Would have been good to have a folding handle, rather than having to remove and leave in the basket. Lid is removeable and gets very hot. No filter means a lot of steam and oil smell, which is not great

Great fryer and easy to use.

A little large for normal worktop use height wise but works well; Do not overfill with oil as the drain can only hold so much. The Timer Led does not light up so hard to see if under kitchen wall cupboards. Just a couple minor irks but would buy again.

Really pleased with this fryer, really quick to heat up, cooks really well, the oil filtration and storage feature is fantastic, so much easier than the older types. The central oil pan is removable so makes it really easy to clean especially as oil the oil automatically drains into the oil storage pan underneath. Great product.

Great fryer, cooked pakora to perfection. A little bigger than I expected, so would definitely think about where you would store when not in use. Hence only 4 stars. The oil clean function is a godsend!
