Leaking Door - 2 Machines

I purchased this machine late Dec23 and it was delivered Jan24 (3rd). To start the machine was good, in fact it was great until it started leaking from the door. After having two engineers out to look at it (both of which damaged the machine - LG didnt except liability for that) and my property being damaged by flooding we all agreed that another machine was needed. I accepted the exchange. The new machine is doing the exact same thing, leaking from the door! Whilst this time i saved my utility room from flooding, I find myself in the same situation again, a faulty machine.
I spoke with AO about my issues along this entire journey, and they have been exceptional to help me. I wish i could say the same for LG themselves. Throughout this journey i have needed to speak with LG many times, and whilst the persons that I have spoken with have been friendly and professional, the customer service has been the worst i have experienced to date. The persons speak using a script, which means that they are unable to actually listed and understand problem being raised. The overall wait to get an engineer out was many days, which was really not acceptable. I could continue to write much more about LG and the way in which they handled me, but it would distract the reader away from the real issue, which is that the machine in my opinion is not fit for purpose.
AO are exchanging the machine for another brand (Bosch) but I have needed to take a 15% loss on the original purchase price (its in the terms and conditions if you do what i did).
I would not recommend this machine, nor would i now recommend LG as a manufacture.
