Product seems ok so far, this was a replacement for LG fridge freezer purchased from AO that broke shortly after delivery, one word of caution, if you purchase through AO, if something is wrong with your item you then have to deal directly with the manufacturer, this is extremely time consuming, you have to answer loads of questions , they take ages to get back to you, then finally they arrange an engineer visit. Then when they agree with you that the item is broken you get a credit note for original supplier AO, you then have to find something to replace your original one, everything is out of stock except the really expensive ones ! I had to choose this one as it was literally the only one the same size, as kitchen made to measure for the original one. I hope this one lasts longer than the last one, it’s not as good a spec but seems ok, noisy and emits a very high pitched whistle but I’m not going through the drama of replacing it and having to take the door of my house to get another one in ! I won’t be purchasing via AO again

I love my new LG American fridge freezer. I thought a lot about it before purchasing as I thought it was a lot of money and a frivolous buy but it was definitely the right choice for my family. It is stylish, spacious and quiet. The ice dispenser is fab, giving a choice of crushed ice or ice cubes. There is loads of storage space in the fridge door and the fruit and veg drawers. Would highly recommend this product.

Great sized fridge freezer. Ice maker is very convenient however it does tend to throw bits out onto the floor. Had to take the doors off to get it in the house and it was very awkward and heavy to get inside. But once in, I can't complain! The video on AO's help pages was very comprehensive and shows you how to take the doors off.

This fridge freezer is large spacious capacity to store all your weekly/ monthly shop The ice dispenser crushed or whole works very well, chilled water on tap, easy to refill water container in the fridge section. Just 3hrs set up time from delivery to switch on, easy WiFi set up, two large salad drawers Very quiet model, little noise whilst dispensing water, or ice from the motor but only for a few seconds and to be expected. Love the graphite grey colour, easy online guarantee to set up
