Silent and efficient. Giving 4 stars because of some design issues. First, if you are not careful your finger may get stuck between the two doors and it really hurts. Gap between the two doors is neither little enough so your fingers do not fit in between them, nor too large if you manage to slip them in they dont get stuck. Second, the shelves are too narrow given you have 2 sections divided vertically, so there is not enough space in each shelf. yes you have more shelves but they are not wide enough. Last one is not specifically a design flaw but it is larger than you expect. Measurements do not reveal how bulky it is. When you actually place it in your kitchen, only then you realise that this is too big. Width and height are ok but the depth is too much that it sits way in front of your kitchen cabinets. Fridge and freezer sections are getting cool quick. Like the moment you plug in the fridge, you feel the cold kicking in. The water and ice dispenser is a bonus. Time to time, it refills the ice tray automatically which makes a buzzing and crashing sound but that is within manageable level unlike some other comments you can see online.

A simply terrible product, in which the ice dispenser failed after 2 weeks. The LG service engineer told me it's a known problem, though LG service were also very poor and slow to respond. Product is being returned..

I've owned lots of LG products and never had any major issues. This replaced a similar LG model we bought about 12 years ago, which was a little tired and inefficient. First, the build quality is much better. It's solid, feels very sturdy and well made. It's also much quieter, you can hardly hear it running and, unlike its predecessor, the internal water transfer to the ice-maker is hardly noticeable, while it stores and dispenses ice more efficiently. It's got far more space than other models of a similar size, the drawers, inserts an shelves fit well, are ergonomic, and feel like they will last as long as the fridge freezer. the older model,s drawers shattered within a couple of years, and the shelves cracked or broke in similar time. For LG, this is a real step forward. Everything about it is better than the old one. I've no real need for the wi-fi link or the app, I just want my food cold and my fish fingers frozen, and this model achieves those goals, is cheap to run, and looks very nice. An absolute winner, with a free water bottle to boot.

Looks great and loads of space. So far it's been fantastic.

We love it so far. It's roomy inside, easy to organise, water cooling and ice making fabulous. Could do with a drip tray for the ice.
