Great fridge freezer, ice machine and chilled water is great although the water pump is noisey. Lots of space inside and storage easy to use. Compressor runs silently

We ordered this fridge for a new kitchen. We chose the non plumbed version as there was no easily available water supply, plus I didn't want to have to change filters every 6 months. The fridge was very easy to set up, the instructions get you up and running quickly. The 4ltr water tank is adequate for a family of four. It took around 3 days to completely fill the ice box. This down to 8 cubes being frozen at a time and we were using them. This machine will dispense water, ice and crushed ice. The pump isn't noisy, but does come on when it's filling the ice tray up. The fridge is wifi connected and you and get the LG Tinkq app to communicate with this. The app gives you environmental conditions and allows you to switch certain functions on an off such as the express cool/freeze functions. It also helps diagnose any problem there might be in line with LG support. Installing the fridge was pretty easy. It has two wheel at the back so and be manoeuvred easily (when empty) by one person. The cable comes from the top of the fridge. If I had one criticism of this, the cable is too short for our requirements. I had to snip the plug off to extend the cable to it's power source approximately 80cm from the base of the fridge (appliances should not be plugged in directly behind, as you will need to isolate them for any servicing or repairs). Running sound is none existent other than the odd time when the pump engages to fill up the ice tank. Running cost remain to be seen.

Just love it - easy to setup, stacks of space, quiet, looks great! Everything I wanted in a fridge/freezer - so pleased we bought it Oh and price was good and delivery guys brilliant!

Love the way this American fridge freezer looks and the capacity is great and meets the demands of a family. The fact water and ice dispenser does not need to be plumbed in is an advantage . It is exceptionally quiet (apart from ice machine) and the drawers open and close with ease (something I’ve previously found to be a problem on previously owned models).

It arrived this morning at 8am. I can’t explain how excited I have been for this day. I’m actually in love with it and can’t wait to switch it on…. This is going to change my grocery shopping life! It fits in perfectly with our open plan living and doesn’t look out of place or too big in its new home. The style and finish of the product is beautiful and simple meaning it would fit with any style home. The simplicity of the water and ice dispenser is so good and so easy to master. The only downside is it’s quite noisy but other than that the fridge is very quiet. It could possibly do with a drip tray for the dispenser but hopefully we won’t have any spillages! I’m really looking forward to getting to grips with all of its features. 7th April - Had this fridge a couple of weeks now and still totally smitten. The fridge is an amazing size and works so well for us as a family. The drawers all run in and out smoothly and the middle drawer especially we find really useful. The Wi-Fi side we don’t tend to use really but I can imagine if you were going away or something this would be of great benefit to keep a check on the fridge and freezer. The freezer could maybe be a bit bigger and as mentioned before the option for some drawers would be great. The water and ice machine in the real deal breaker for us, especially the crushed ice, complete winner with my little boy.

This item is fantastic! The amount of space available is brilliant! You really couldn’t ask for more space! It’s modern look makes it fit with any kitchen with how slick it looks! Such a great purchase for our new home! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE it! Water and ice feature is a real hit with my little boy meaning he’s drinking more water! It’s a little noisy but nothing you can’t put up with. The space in the fridge and freezer is perfect for us but would benefit from more drawers or the option to add drawers if wanted. I have waited so long for one of these fridges and it hasn’t disappointed.
