Fantastic fridge freezer, I thought the knock on door would be a gimmick but it’s actually proving to be very handy. Our food is staying much fresher for longer. The delivery team were fantastic, they had to take the doors off to bring the fridge in but nothing was too much bother. All round a great experience, A+ for fridge and AO.

The Insta view feature is very useful but not as good as having a built in ice crusher!

Great product, although the knock twice thing is a bit of a gimmick... we never really use it.

We choose this fridge freezer for the size of our space in the kitchen as it has the most options and storage capacity. Fitters were great and we are super happy with our purchase. Will always choose AO as our first choice for white goods in our home.

Absolute love this. Works just as described and couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended to anyone with great space within for all your requirements

Great fridge freezer. Does what it’s supposed to and looks good too.

Perfect fridge and freezer, looks awesome and can really impress all your visitors. Keeps chill in any range you need. The only bad thing is leveling it up - there no fittings at the back, you can only adjust front, basically you can only LIFT the front up which results in tilting the fridge to the the back. Why is it important? Doors are really heavy and just speeding up when closing up, so beware you can easly damage whatever is in the fridge,including doors themselves!

An expensive mistake. I didn't realise that unlike every other freezer I've ever owned, this thing only comes with mostly open shelves - no doors on the freezer shelves or pull out bins. Unless you only stack the shelves with neat square packages, tgings fall out when I open the freezer door. Also, neatly stacked or not, all the cold air rushes out whenever you open the door. Haven't yet managed to find plastic bins to organise the shelves. Others have commented that it leans backwards when installed on a level floor. It doesn't, but the hinge arrangement on the very heavy fridge door means it slams shut - hard - if you let it. That shakes stuff out of the freezer shelves - whixh in turn push the freezer door open just a crack. Not enough for the very insistent "door open" alarm to go off, but enough to let the cold air out so stuff at the front of the shelves thaws. Very poor design - AVOID!
