This is the fridge of all fridges!! We are all loving it, worth every penny! My kids are amazed by the ice/water dispenser and are definitely drinking more water ??

Absolutely over the moon with this purchase, it is a perfect size for a family and holds absolutely tonnes! I will never go back to a single refrigerator again. This is my first experience with LG for a refrigerator, its safe to say this will now be the brand I will always go to. The fridge is so sleek with the newest technology. I really enjoy the UV light that cleanses the water, makes me feel less paranoid about having to clean out the water dispenser every day which is ideal for a large family. It means we can keep using it and the service is uninterrupted! I really like the tap the glass to see inside feature, I've never seen this before and it certainly helps checking if we have milk in at a quick tap. This is a great size and something that I thoroughly recommend to anyone. The only issues we had were with delivery, this is a very very heavy fridge its around 24 stone! We had to have our builders move it in down the steps as the delivery team are apparently only allowed to lift down 4 steps which was not made clear at all. Luckily we managed to get it in ourselves and are really pleased with it now.

Early days but so far Really impressed with the fridge/freezer, my wife thought the small door would be a comic but actually gets used a hell of a lot for high usage items, freezer froze fast and seemingly cools stuff quickly in the fridge as well. Quality is very high as you’d expect for the cost. The water dispenser is a little slower than a mains fed unit but works well for us as we’re not sure on the final layout of the house so plumbing might have been an issue otherwise. Would highly recommend this product.

Overall a very well made product, sturdy and metallic, not plastic. It is exceptionally heavy, so plan how you are going to get it in situ. Noticeably quieter than our old fridge. And a ten year warranty on the compressor. So looks like its built to last.

Great product and great service

I am really pleased with my LG American Fridge Freezer. It looks stunning and it's packed with really good features. We particularly like the water\ice dispenser with UV light filter for good clean water. Contrary to what a lot of people have said the ice making process is not that noisy and as our fridge is free standing it it not a bother at all. The InstaView feature is useful as is the ability to open a small door rather than the hole fridge door. I like the ThinQ app which also lets you control certain features of the fridge such as the fridge and freezer temperature. All in all this is a superb product and we would recommend it to anyone who is looking to upgrade.

The LG GSXV91MCAE in Matte black is a sleek fridge freezer suitable for anyone who would benefit from an American style fridge freezer. The ice dispenser is great for parties, providing enough ice to keep the gin and tonics flowing. The fridge also dispenses cold water that is ‘cleaned’ via the inbuilt UV light, a feature which I love. It has WiFi capability and the transparent door is perfect to see what you have in the fridge at a glance. There is an express cool and freeze function for speedy cooling. The fridge is generally quite quiet but when making ice you can occasionally hear the ice-cubes clatter as they are tipped into the bucket. There is ample from in the fridge, the freezer section is a good size too. I would recommend this product to those who are looking for a new fridge freezer or need to upgrade, if you like the idea of knocking on the fridge door to see what’s inside and having those items easily accessible then this product is for you.  

Lovely, sleek, modern appliance. Great that the ice and cold water dispenser doesn't need plumbing in, in order to be used. Nice to have crushed ice option as well. Lots of space in the freezer with handy compartments. Fantastic space in the fridge, good size drawers. Few negatives Not the sure the app adds anything or is of any use, but perhaps it will become useful in the future. The control panel is tricky to use, and not obvious how to amend the temperature, like other fridges. The ice dispenser is quite noisy when filling up and dispensing. Also with only 4 days use,l imescale is appearing where the water drops on the tray.
