This is a delight. I thought the knock-to-see window was silly however I do find myself using it as I prepare to make dinner. A quick couple of taps and I can see if I have my ingredients without opening the door. This unit uses 25% of the power that our older fridge freezer of the same size which is a big bonus. The inside space is fantastic. The negatives are * you need space on the sides to open the door, it doesn't rotate in-place like my last one * The ice maker is very noisy. It doesn't run very often but it was shocking when I first heard it. The negatives are very small and I highly recommend this unit.

There is nothing I don't like about this LG instaview fridge freezer, love everything about it keeps food fresh and cool and the ice machine is awesome a great addition to my kitchen!

Love this Fridge freezer. It is quite unlike a lot of American size fridge freezers and is one of the fridge freezers on the market with largest capacity. The see through door is a very handy feature. It is a top class performer in everything you want and expect from a fridge freezer, no complaints. Highly recommend it.

Great fridge, deep and easy to use. Very happy

I was pleased with it initially until it developed a fault 11 months on. It started with the water dispenser not working correctly then progressed with the fridge freezer making an unpleasant sound for 2 days and then the fan stopped working. I rang LG customer service and they asked that I troubleshoot the issue, which I did the usual - turn off and on. Then they asked if it was the motor -how am I meant to know that?! After 6 days they sent an engineer who googled the error code upon attending to discover that it was the fan that packed up!! Mind you, I mentioned the error code to the customer assistant when I was speaking to her for over an hour to troubleshoot the issue. After two weeks ao offered to replace the product. This is after spending close to 6 hours speaking with customer services for both ao.com and LG over 2 weeks. The LG customer service was atrocious!!

Fantastic product. Very good value for money. Lots of great features including cold water and ice cube maker. Easy set up and and easy to link to the LG app for updates and control features. Very intelligent and good looking fridge. A good compliment to any kitchen. Only issue was on delivery with it fitting through a standard size front door. However this appears to be a common issue as the instructions for removing the doors are attached to the front of the fridge, and it was very easy to achieve.
