Excellent. This was the one with the best reviews, and the largest capacity for an integrated freezer. My Mum and Dad purchased the same one a year ago, so I knew the product was reliable and good quality. One can change the shelves to wire if you have compatible shelves to fit. Mum & Dad unfortunately didn't buy from AO, though - and wished they had. Delivery people were excellent; clean, polite, professional and efficient as always. This is the third item I have purchased through AO and very strongly recommend. Great Service!
