Easy to use. Good quality. Does what I needed for family laundry.

So much better than a condensing dryer, simple operation, high low and timer, timer is a rotate one way only and should not try to force it ccw. Dust filter effective. Overall happy with it.

Never had Hotpoint before but seems to works well. Only problem is that the vent pipe affixes from back of machine and means it sticks out a long way.

So far so good, dries really well & quick! Forgot how much simpler it is having a tumble dryer and should have got a new one sooner.

Good quality product that does what it is designed to.
