I bought this microwave a month ago. I am satisfied with its performance when cooking and reheating but the touch keypad has been a problem since day one. It requires strong pressure to operate and this process has damaged the surface of the keypad, unsightly and disappointing after only one month of use

I bought this appliance after a couple of failed ones across other products. It is light weight, super easy to use and very efficient. There is no regrets about it

Easy to use Microwave that wasn't a lot of money Not only a good buy arrived quickly would consider not only the make which i had never heard of before also AO as a company which again never used before The glass plate inside broke when getting out AO arranged for a new microwave to be delivered rather than wait for a glass plate which arrived next day & they unpacked it & took the other one away

We bought this as a replacement for an older machine and have been impressed with its capabilities at the price. It''s a good size, powerful and reasonably easy to use. We particularly like the button to keep adding 30s with each push, making it quick to use. If I had to find any faults, it would be that the door needs to be pulled in such a way that the whole machine doesn''t move. We have found that if you pull it quickly, or use your fingers to pull the door while using your thumb to hold the machine in place, then you can open the door without the machine moving. I guess you could say it is quite loud as well, but that isn''t really an issue for us in the kitchen.Over all, it does a great job and we are happy with our purchase.
