The microwave is fine, quite heavy and the defrost function is a little difficult to use if you want a speedy defrost. The instruction book needs greater explanations. Good performance by AO.com.

Simple to use, easy to open. Great size

Buttons can sometimes be a little tricky to press and I don't really see the need for the 6 x preset buttons (e.g. popcorn button, pizza button etc.) but other than that, happy with the microwave. 900 watts useful for shaving off a few minutes here and there.

Easy to use and install, very pleased with the product. Looking forward to using and cooking with with our new microwave.

Looks great and well made. Very easy to use and adequate space inside for fairly large plates. The ping is very loud and pity it can't be controlled. Easy to clean.

My last microwave, was a different brand, and it decided to do a little sparky effect then blow up! So then the search began for another microwave. (You don't realise how much your life depends on it until it's not there or the teenagers start whinging, they can't heat up the milk for hot chocolate. Saucepan?) Anyway after a search we can across this microwave. I read all the particulars, and the size was ideal, not too big or too small to hold teenagers dinner plates. Once arrived, it was easy to set up clock and easy to work out how to use. (Did read manual but still forgot what it said so had a play instead!) So it's a microwave, black, heats up, defrosts, got separate settings for jacket spuds, meat, etc etc. It works and doesn't spark!!
