Terrible , banging,vibration so bad stuff falls of the shelves,,hotpoint customer service is a joke. Broken promise, being pushed to pay extra for a insurance policy when the machine is clear not fit for purpose, being hung up on upon trying to get help..avoid hotpoint

As I'd never had a tumble dryer before, it is wonderful to get the washing done, dried and put away all in the same day. Terrific machine.

Quiet machine, can be stopped at any time as it has a manual timer. Easy enough to use as simple instructions on machine. So far so good.

All features on the machine have been great. It’s quieter than my old one so that’s a bonus. Very happy with this purchase.
