The product is fine and delivery was within the timescale. Only problem that I had was the instructions were wet in the drum and falling apart. Hotpoint promised to send a new set but they still haven't arrived.

Very happy with the tumble dryer a bit tricky to get all the water out of tray that could be better designed would also be better if the door opened on the left & not on the right the cats don't like it they think it's to noisy & won't go in kitchen lol
