Perfect for the purpose

Excellent product. Dries clothes really quickly and leaves washing very soft. Would recommend highly.

Purchased March 2022 from AO. Was pleased with the product until its sudden heat loss. It’s disappointing as it’s only used in winter months no more than three times a week no more than 30 minutes each time. It’s kept clean with filters cleaned on a regular basis. My old dryer worked for over 10 years so expected more out of this one especially due to the good reviews it received and normally I have found Hotpoint products are very reliable. For ease of use I would have given 5 stars but downgraded to having a fault so soon.

A fantastic machine. Quiet and very efficient. Drying times are good. Great lint collector and water reservoir. Condenser is easy and simple to clean. A great buy.

The dryer is very easy to use and very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this dryer.

Very happy with this product. It dries the clothes quicker than our older models and is fairly quiet in comparison too.
