Controls could be simpler if (like me) you always use the same one or two settings. Good to have a few quick wash options

I like this item as it has a large washing capacity. The dryer capacity is a good size.

Machine could not be balanced to stop vibration

Initial machine that was delivered suffered from heavy vibration despite following the procedure to level it up after every wash. After talking to Customer Services, Hoover issued an authorisation for it to be exchanged. AO arranged this and new machine is very much better.
