Only used once, operation and instructions seem straight forward. Love the glass door so I can see what I've forgotten to take out! We're on a budget, but glad we stretched for a model with a sensor. Door opens nice and wide with a large aperture for loading & unloading. We're occasional users, but we did a lot of research and pleased with the purchase.

First one delivered had a issue but it was replaced without fuss within 24 hours. New one works really well. Was dubious of condenser dryers but it is really good. We have two kids under 5 so it’s hardly off!!
