Excellet product and Excellent service.

Overall I’m pleased with the product. It’s easy to use and very easy to empty and clean. It looks good too. It is a bit more noisy than I’d hoped but I usually put it on when I leave for work so that avoids me putting up with the noise. Delivery was as described and up to the usual standard. Thank you.

Instructions on what settings to use are a little vague but I worked it out I think. On start up the noise the drum makes is certainly louder than my old Zanussi, however once it gets to speed it's fine. Emptying the water is very easy and convenient. Overall, looks the part and does the job just fine. Too early to recommend.

We had a few great options for tumble driers from AO, but this Hotpoint was a great higher priced mid range option which is so good, we went for this one has it has the count down timer for when it’s finished and if you’re going to be leaving your dry clothes in it all night there’s an option for it to turn it over every so often for up to 10 hours after it’s finished, 10/10 for this product for us, we just need to remember to empty the water out now!!

I love this condenser tumble dryer! It's very easy to operate, I love that the water reservoir is at the top on the left, it's easy for me slide out and empty, the lint trap is compact and easy to open to dispose of fluff and the bottom of the dryer is on a hinge which opens downwards to make it easy to attend to the condenser unit. Extremely happy with this product and would thoroughly recommend!
