For the first few cycles the condenser and air filter alarms would trigger every time. Spoke to hotpoint who advised this was normal for first few times before settling into the ‘every 5 cycle’ routine as per the user manual. I was skeptical but it seems to have settled into that routine now. Dryer is great performance and price. Straight forward to use, clean and empty the water tank. I previously had an older model of the same type for almost 10 years and highly reliable.

Faulty from beginning, warning lights for filter show after little use.

This an efficient and effective tumble drier. I am very happy with it. It is easy to use and I’m happy to recommend it

Couldn't be happier with my choice works and runs like a dream lovely and quiet while running and laundry comes out smelling so nice and fresh. Fits perfectly and looks nice next to the washing machine . Will certainly be replacing washing machine with identical product to dryer if it breaks

Excellent product, for the price it has all and more of the combinations of drying you could wish for.

I’ve had the Dryer a week now and run it about 6-8 times. It’s easy to use and simple to understand the different settings. Initial observation on drying capability is that of the four settings (Iron Dry, Hangar Dry, Cupboard Dry and Extra Dry) only the Cupboard and Extra Dry settings result in anything that could be termed “dry”. The other settings are damp and very damp. Overall though it’s doing what it’s supposed to do so pretty happy!
