Very speedy and great performance!

Wow. I had a heat pump dryer before I got this one, and what a difference. It dries so quickly. The settings that are pre installed, I find that things dry before the time given which is a plus. There is an alarm to let you know it has finished drying, and there are settings for everything you need. The water reservoir is easy to remove and empty, and the filters to. The dryer itself is not as heavy as my last and the colour ties in with the rest of my appliances nicely. All in all I am happy with my purchase, and the price was very reasonable. The delivery men were great and put my dryer just where I wanted it, and even took packaging away. One very happy customer.

Easy to Order online, communication was good regarding delivery and the two guys who arrived with my fridge freezer were stars. They put the item where I wanted with no issues and gave my dogs an AI bear each for being so good. 5 out of 5 from the dogs as well as us!!

Super quick drying, quiet and really trendy.

Cost of living was on my mind when researching a dryer. After many nights researching i came across AO who not only give you there own thoughts on what products would suit but they offer a video experience on each product which is fabulous to see the item in action. I could wax lyrical about the size of the drum, settings etc but overall thats why I gave this product 5 stars. It was great to be able to filter items by specifics. i.e size of drum The Hotpoint I chose has not let me down and is very quiet and is economical to run. All the different settings have made my life a-lot easier. Delivery was on a day of my choice which was a Saturday due to working during the week. Delivery experience was second to no with a phone call and emails and texts through out to delivery. The item was installed with care and I was even showed how it worked which was helpful. Thank you AO and Hotpoint for making my life during these difficult times easier.
