First one was leaking and had to get a replacement. The second one is fine so far. Make sure you register for the guarantee.

Had this dryer 6 weeks and it now won’t work. Made a terrible scrapping sound when drying, it now won’t work has it says the draw needs emptying, when there is no water in it. Very unhappy, I’m very disappointed with hotpoint, they don’t make like they used to, my washing machine last 23month. I will never buy hotpoint again.

Great stand alone unit a little bit louder than I was expecting but good alround and doesn’t burn the house down like my old one

Compared to the previous Hoover Dynamic model this replaced, this dryer is amazing. It actually dries the items first time, every time. It has a quality feel to it with reassuring clicks and soft closing. I'm afraid the old Hoover model just feels flimsy next to this. So overall, I'm extremely happy!

Good value for money. Easy to use

fantastic dryer, always had a vented dryer before and this condensing model is so much quieter, cheaper to run and looks great. Emptying the water drawer and fluff catcher couldn't be easier would highly recommend this dryer for a mid range price its well worth it.
