Giving a score was hard because the first machine arrived and by second wash the tub was not turning. I then had to wait for 2 days before anyone came back and confirmed it was broken and a replacement delivered. All a bit traumatic as I was going on holiday the day after. Replacement machine seems to work fine but obviously I have had little chance to test it before going away.

Great product. Does everything you need it to do. Excellent value for money.

Easy to use. A good selection of programmes to choose from and these can also be personalised ie low temperature and high spin cycle. So far no complaints!
