I've had this washing machine about 3 months. So far I'm really impressed with the wash options and ease of use. It's really lovely to have quick washes for day to day school wear etc and longer washes for towels, bed linen, plus the ability to tune each wash depending on the stain level. The machine weighs each load on most programs and adjusts the program accordingly - this seems to work well, and also speeds things up with lighter loads. Then spin is really good as well. I'm glad I went up to the 9kg machine, as I can get through several days of washing at once, so the machine isn't constantly on. I have a family of four. Negatives: as a cheaper end machine it's not as bright on load balancing. If you have an unbalanced load - for example a single heavy towel - it can get stuck on the spin speeding up and down, while it tries and fails to rebalance. I've had no problems on normal loads. It also isn't the quietest machine during spin, no noisier than my previous machine. It doesn't vibrate but the motor is fairly whiny at speed, so if this matters to you you might like to pay more. Can't comment on longevity. My previous Zanussi burnt out after 8 years use. I doubt this will last that long.

Love the machine, the programs are smart and will adjust wash as required as the machine weighs the load. Saving water and power. It has an App to set wash while you are out and about (haven't used it yet) as well as a delayed timer program. I find this machine quiet even on the 1400 spin cycle. No complaints

Great value

For the price it is performing well. B energy rating and plenty of choice for spin speed, and temperatures. My only complaint is the duration of the eco wash which is long!

Exactly as expected - easy to use, quiet, and great display that shows how long each program will be

do like: lots of options and a quick wash of 15mins. It is relatively silent on a fast spin. Minor niggles: Not the best-looking machine. It would be better if the dial could press back into the machine as it sticks out a bit below the hob in the kitchen. The digits on the display panel are red. This to me represents a warning sign. Would be better in blue, but a v minor niggle.
