do like: lots of options and a quick wash of 15mins. It is relatively silent on a fast spin. Minor niggles: Not the best-looking machine. It would be better if the dial could press back into the machine as it sticks out a bit below the hob in the kitchen. The digits on the display panel are red. This to me represents a warning sign. Would be better in blue, but a v minor niggle.

Installation of a washing machine is usually quite a simple process, but not with this machine. It comes with a corrugated plastic sheet that it tells you to add into the bottom compartment as otherwise there is a rectangular hole in the bottom of your machine. This plastic sheet is generic for 3 different machine configurations and so you have to try and match the holes in the sheet to the holes in the bottom of the machine, all while tilting a very heavy washing machine. It's an accident waiting to happen. My second issue was the waste hose pipe. Every machine I've bought has always had the waste pipe on the right of the machine, but this has it on the left and the hose pipe is not very generous in length which will probably mean I'm going to have to extend it. Can't comment on the washing element as I only received it today, but I thought the installation issues warranted a comment.

Good machine very impressed with it

Fantastic washing machine. Very quiet. Great load space. Easy to use. Great selection of washing programs. Much better than my old machine. Highly recommended.

Lovely product easy to use, not tried the bluetooth facility as yet

Had Beko tumble dryer for years now. Really good make without any issue. Only reason bought a new one is because I moved house and my buyer wanted the one I had.
