Great buy. It has nearly all of the same functionality features as our previous model which Sam - sung for just 4 and a bit years and cost nearly twice as much. But I’m hoping to hoover up with this delightful model. So believe me when I say it was a great buy.

Excellent washing machine, the large drum means that I have cut down on the number of wash loads I do a week, it is much quieter than my previous machine and the 1400 spin speed means much less drying time

Install was quick and very easy. Easy to use, varied settings. A lot quieter than my previous machine

Very pleased with our purchase. It does everything I need, and easy to use, not too complicated, with good results.

The washing machine has many functions, the only one I didn't have was 'Duvet' but that's OK as I couldn't afford the one that did but wasn't a deal breaker. :) It has a large drum and can handle a full household load no problem. Hoover is of course a branded name but also delivers the service I required from a product outside of being a brand name and affordable for me. Delivery from AO.com was amazingly smooth - on time, clean, polite, knowledgeable about the product, and super quick - I love the fact AO.com give the option to have the old product removed and recycled for me, as at the time I had a broken shoulder and was not able to recycle myself. This was the same for the oven I had installed after the old over almost set fire to the house.

It has a choice of three short washes the shortest being 14 mins. The powder drawer is a bit flimsy and not all the soap powder goes down into the machine so I put it in the drum with the clothes instead
