We're delighted by the performance of this machine; both the quick wash & the full wash give good results. It's good value for money, & is easy to operate.

Very happy with my new Hoover washing machine. Simple to use and pretty quiet.

Cost was good, however mixed load cycle takes quite a long time. Easy to use for my 87 year old mum

Dreadful machine, bought in July 24 but not installed until late August and has been nothing but trouble, it’s not capable of spinning a bath towel, this week it’s had a new drum because the bearings had gone, a new motor because it whined like a banshee & a new heater & filter. It still can’t spin a towel. Frankly can’t wait for the stupid thing to totally die.

Had this delivered and connected it ourselves with no problems turned on without washing to run and strange clicking sound. When spinning clicking became alot louder then the most awful burning smell which lingered for 2 days and tripped the electrics. Ao customer service was fantastic. Ordered a replacement to be delivered 2 days later for the same machine. Second machine delivered ao team installed it. Running empty cycle with ao here all seemed well. After cycle had finished put a small load in and the noise was awful. The drum was so loose that it was hitting the sides of the washing machine. Contacted ao who sent the guys back and removed. I now have the third replacement being delivered today this time a hotpoint. I understand that there are the odd faulty machine and it is unlucky to get one but 2???!!! A simple and easy to use washing machine. My mum is elderly, so it was important to purchase a washing machine that was easy to operate without being bombarded with too many options to select.
