For a reasonably priced washing machine it is excellent. Not too noisy, cleans the clothes and doesn't use too much electricity or water. What more do you NEED. Obviously you could pay a lot more and get it quieter, more efficient with more programs. But this one will do me.

Extremely happy with this machine. It’s used for both beauty salon towels/sheets as well as normal household laundry. Good size drum. Quiet when spinning compared to my previous machines. Plenty of various settings to choose from .

Only one cycle spins at 1400 rpm or it would have been five stars.

This Hoover 9kg washing machine was the perfect replacement for our old machine. This machine is well made, sturdy and can take a lot of washing. It was also easy to install. The machine also comes with the Hoover Wizard app, which is excellent, as you put in what your washing and it tells you the correct option to choose. It also has lots of information around getting stains out, when to perform maintenance and cleaning of the machine as well as stats on usage of the machine. It has an amazing 15 min fast wash. So far all the clothes come out very clean and very dry meaning you don't really need to use a tumble dryer. Having never had a Hoover washing machine before, I would highly recommend this machine as a perfect replacement.
