Decent product for a decent price… not the best spin on heavy materials so have to stick it on another spin cycle, apart from that it does the job.

Good size drum and functionality. Initially had trouble with unit stability but that's was down to our floor and not the unit. Clothes well washed, feeling and smelling fresh. Very happy with the product.

Nice looking machine but a little disappointed. If I had the opportunity to change to another I would! I only have myself to blame as I should have researched better. The water filling up, the spin and the general use is noisier than expected, much noisier than my previous old Indesit machine. Unfortunately the machine I had wanted was out of stock (and still is) and I choose this due to the size and space I had in my flat. I should have looked more carefully at the noise rating for my open plan living. The 'quick' programmes are good at 14, 30, 44 and 59 minutes but are only suitable for half loads, 2 to 4 kg cool washes. The other programmes, including Eco, are all around the 3 hour time taken and these are the only ones that weigh and adjust the programme length - often taking longer! The soap drawer doesn't seem to like powders and any liquids seem to run off into the machine (nothing to hold the liquid in the drawer) .... it's obviously just designed for liquid pods or liquids to go straight into the drum with the clothes. A good mention is that my washing does come out only slightly damp even at the 1000rpm spin (quick wash) and saves drying time. In summary, if you have a utility room to put the machine or noise doesn't bother you then this is a good machine and seems to wash well. I like having the quick wash programmes for a couple of items that just need refreshing. If I had the time to wait I would have chosen another machine that was capable of doing a full wash load in under an hour with a hot (60 degree) wash and that was a lot quieter.

Great machine, 1400 spin amazing and large drum is excellent would definitely recommend!
