Great product, easy to use. Has a really large drum size for our family of 6 and is very quiet when washing. The ability to program from an app is useful but not essential. The steam cycle is also a great addition.

This Hoover washing machine was purchased from AO to replace a much older Hoover model bought many years ago. The AO service of delivery and installation was extremely good and the new machine has been running perfectly for a great many family washing loads since. The large 10kg drum is perfect for a big load and the variety of programmes caters for every need and surpasses in convenience the older model's provision. The machine is quieter that the other Hoover and the spin leaves clothes easy to dry either hanging up or putting into a tumble dryer. We are very satisfied with this competitively price machine and thoroughly recommend it.

Great product. We bought this washing machine for the energy performance rating and the many features it had. It was also a great price. So glad we paid to have our old machine disconnected and the new one installed, the AO guys were very efficient. Many thanks.

Does what is says. Like the features and find the WiFi feature very useful.

Pros- Delivery was super easy. Very quick to set up. Much quieter than older machine. Appears to wash really well. Love the wifi connection, and app function. Works really well with our Hoover H-dry dryer and they look good together. Cons - The powder dispenser is smaller than older machine so slightly trickier to get the powder in without it going everywhere. This is not a big deal though!
