The machine is powerfully but the washing cycle is too long, the cotton cycle is 2 Hours 50 minutes, who on earth wants to wash their clothes for this long?, Eco cycle is more than 2 hours. This was a mistake that I have to keep for so long.

A really nice washer and it is huge inside.

Extremely energy efficient compared to old washer. Giant 12kg barrel. Can do a weeks washing in 1 wash. App for sorting washes is good but can't be set to only be for washing machine and is setup for having loads of different hoover products. Washing machine sometimes takes a couple of minutes to connect to wifi. Still, even though there is room for improvement with app, the washer overall is 5 stars.

Bought this machine for the size of the drum.very quiet when in use.fits into the same space as my old machine.good to look at too.
