Plenty of fridge space
5/5
I upgraded to this after our old one decided to suddenly give up right before Christmas. im glad I did too. I would've preferred it in black but I didn't have time to be picky and this was the perfect size to fill the gap in our kitchen better than our old one did. It's much taller too, by about a foot. And deeper too by about 15cm. Makes a huge difference. Especially on the inside.
The freezer side of it really freezes too, I mean our old one froze food but this just seems colder, way colder so im very happy with that.
You can select the temperature on the fridge but I leave it on 4°c.
There's a quick freeze setting on the freezer but I won't use that until the summertime probably. the power button on the front I probably won't use as I've no idea why I'd turn the fridge off anyway, and if I did I'd just flick the switch on the wall.
I just love the sheer size of it, there's so much room in the fridge I've been putting things in it that I don't usually put in, like potatoes and bottles of soft drinks, beers etc.
The freezer isn't enormous but it's still bigger than our old one, and like I say it freezes everything rock solid, even soft bread.
The only minor annoyance is that if u open the fridge door for more than a couple of minutes, it beeps at you and the light flashes so you have to close and reopen the door to get more time. I say minor annoyance because this only happens when I'm loading it after shopping.
It also makes a strange sound every now and then and almost every time you close the door too, it kinda sounds like when an analogue camera rolls the film on after taking a photo...but bigger. Minor details though..
One other thing, and I hope it doesn't become a problem, is that the plastic parts that make for handles on the freezer drawers don't feel very thick or strong, we'll just make sure we don't pull too hard.. it's completely frost free it says so that shouldn't be a problem.
Also the top drawer in the freezer seems to have no back to it (not more than an inch or 2 anyway), very strange design that I don't understand, maybe you will but I don't. If you fill the top drawer, pull it out and shuffle things around, there's a very good chance something will fall down the back and you'll have to pull it back into the drawer before being able to close it.
The middle drawer is fine and so is the bottom one with the bottom one is considerably less deep than the others due to the necessary design.
Overall though I'm very happy with it, and I chose AO because their delivery times were quicker than the place I was originally gonna get one from. And they delivered it after removing all the packaging and removed the old fridge too and recycled it appropriately (both paid services).
Thanks..
I will be using them again in the future I'm sure..
