After our old Hotpoint gave up we decided to replace with same brand as we had 15ish years trouble free. So far the new machine is equally good quality with many improved features and cycles yet to try, but the basics are excellent. The spin is whisper quiet and the steam refresh is a game changer for jeans and lightly worn garments that don't need a full wash.

An outstanding piece of kit. It's very,very quiet,had to check it twice to make sure itwas working. Good choice of programmes. So far it gets the thumbs up from me.

Unfortunately the first one delivered had a fault and was returned the same day with the installation team. New one arrives a week later and impressed so far. Plenty of cycles to choose from and remarkably quiet. Clear controls and display and easy to use. Happy so far.

Great product. Very quiet and washes well. Has lots of different settings that I have had to look at the manual for. Would recommend this machine for anyone needing a new one. Looks great in the kitchen too.

Lovely machine, does oads of stuff & things, so my wife tells me, although I di do the new pipework & plumbing,
