Had for a week and pleased with the performance. Easy to use and functional. Like the fact that the door glass is clear so you can easily see what is happening and avoid boiling-over spillage.Still learning about the grill/combination cooking functions.

So far we are very pleased with this. AO.com delivery was well communicated and everything arrived as expected. Couldn’t find the top front clips in the box - but not sure we need them - and the template to fix the back clip wasn’t that obvious. However - with a bit of creative problem solving ( this model was bigger than our old Neff ) we got it all sorted. The turntable is significantly bigger than the neff we had and it’s also got a grill function we’ve not had before. Instructions are not clear about the metal grill stand - can only assume this doesn’t work with microwave energy. Seems odd as other safety warnings were quite helpful. Half the price of Neff. Fits the space nicely.

For the price this microwave does everything that I want. It was easy to fit into the space left from my previous microwave. It blends perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. So far very happy.

Replacement for a product that didn't have grill built in costing less than half the price of a direct replacement

Great microwave, with more than enough power for all dishes. Easy to use intuitive controls, with quick start options for all foods. Combination grill is also a bonus for grilling food. Overall very happy with the product and instructions.

This was the only size that would fit but actually it is a decent size and I can fit most things in there!
